Hartman-Imbriale is only as good as the members of our staff. Our Woodstock personal injury lawyers wouldn’t be able to win cases or represent clients without our amazing paralegals, receptionists, and other teammates. Today’s post is about the newest member of our team: Aundria Morgan, our new Marketing Relations Coordinator!
Below, we interviewed our new Marketing Relations Coordinator to let you get to know her better.
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Paulding County. This past October I got married and moved to Woodstock. We love this area!
Where did you go to school?
I graduated from Kennesaw State University this past December with my Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
What is your past work experience?
All throughout college I worked in retail. Interior decorating has always been my passion. I held part-time management positions at both Kirklands and Pier 1. While doing that, I spent my last 2 semesters of college interning as a wedding and events coordinator. I was in charge of new client setup, formulating timelines, vendor sheets, contacting vendors, walk throughs and running the show on the day of the wedding/event. That included set up/tear down, directing all vendors and making sure things flowed on a timely manner.
After graduating and being newly married, I got an offer to transfer stores and take on an assistant management position at Pier1 full time. I loved my job, but I was really struggling with a work-life balance due to the inconsistent schedule. Family is very important to me, so I was looking for something else that would give me a better schedule and be able to use my degree.
What kinds of hobbies or activities do you enjoy in your spare time?
I have an antique booth that takes up most of my free time. My husband and I love going to auctions or refinishing furniture together. My love for decorating has turned into a small business.
What drew you to Hartman-Imbriale?
I have known Jim my entire life. He used to work with my Mom at a law firm, and since then they have kept in touch. We invited Jim and his wife to our wedding, and unfortunately they were unable to make it. They had sent us a gift and in return my husband and I sent back a thank you card.
When Jim opened the card, he was very impressed with all of the details. He contacted my Mom to see what I was doing since he heard I had recently graduated and that we had moved to Woodstock. She told him what I was doing and that I was looking for something else, and he said he wanted me on at his firm to help him with his rebranding and the rest is history.I am extremely grateful for Jim and his team. These past few weeks have been wonderful.
